Join a faith-based residential treatment center as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Morrow, AR, supporting adolescent boys with mental health and substance use challenges.


  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
  • Integrate Christian values into therapeutic practices respectfully.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational groups on emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and healthy relationships.
  • Maintain clinical documentation, participate in staff meetings, and provide crisis support.
  • Engage with families to support reunification and recovery.
