Job Description
Responsible for delivering exceptional Speech Therapy services focused on evidence-based patient care and engagement, adhering to organizational policies.
Key performance indicators include achieving an Net Promoter Score of 85+, 88% or higher patient arrival rate, averaging 20 visits per new patient, and maintaining visit/procedure productivity goals.
Emphasizes organizational values such as personal growth through ongoing education, accountability for results, leadership by example, and active promotion of speech therapy within the community.
Essential duties involve evaluating and treating adults with neurological impairments, developing and executing individualized care plans, reassessing patient progress, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Documentation and patient advocacy are also vital.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech & Language Pathology, current CCC-SLP or CF-SLP license in Arizona, and CPR certification. Beneficial skills include age-specific patient care knowledge, computer literacy, and strong interpersonal skills.
