Job Description

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting over 600 long-term care facilities across multiple states.

Currently seeking *Fully Licensed* Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) interested in geriatric behavioral health for a *Part-Time* position in Bay City, MI.

Responsibilities include providing direct psycho-social assessments, diagnosis, and treatment through individual, group, and family therapies for nursing home residents. Clinicians see 10-15 patients daily, with flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams ensures quality care and continuity, with knowledge of Medicare documentation required.
