Job Description

We are seeking an *APRN* (Part-Time or Full-Time) to join a growing house-call practice serving adult and geriatric patients across Nebraska, including Lincoln, Omaha, and surrounding areas.

The provider will travel to *Assisted Living Communities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Memory Support Communities, Independent Living Facilities, and private homes* to deliver primary and psychiatric care directly to patients who cannot visit clinics.

• Manage both *acute and chronic conditions*, acting as the patient’s primary provider or collaborating with existing care teams.
• Enjoy meaningful one-on-one patient relationships in calm, residential settings.
• Work with adult/geriatric populations who value quality care.
• Receive hands-on support during orientation with an experienced nurse assisting on-site.
• Flexible schedule options available, with immediate caseload availability.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $120,000 annually, with an in-person work setting and the opportunity to make a significant impact in patients’ lives.
