Advanced Practice Provider

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join our Nephrology and dialysis team.

Provide direct patient care in a dialysis setting, including assessments, managing chronic kidney disease, and assisting with treatment plans.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Work in a supportive environment with supervision from experienced Nephrology providers.

Requirements include an active VA medical license, DEA certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Nephrology experience is preferred but not mandatory.
