Job Description
Seeking a full-time APP to join a nephrology team, collaborating with nephrologists to deliver comprehensive kidney care across clinic, inpatient, and dialysis settings.
Assess, diagnose, and manage kidney diseases through clinical evaluations, lab/test interpretation, and develop personalized treatment plans, including medications and lifestyle counseling.
Provide outpatient care for chronic kidney disease and hypertension patients in the clinic.
Perform inpatient rounds to evaluate and treat acute kidney injury, electrolyte imbalances, and consults.
Conduct weekly dialysis rounds, address complications, and coordinate with dialysis staff.
Educate patients and families, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure accurate documentation compliance.
Qualifications include current licensure as NP or PA in Kentucky, certification in adult or family practice or NCCPA, with nephrology or dialysis experience preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.
