Adult Gender-Specific Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC or ADC-T) to develop a gender-specific program for adult male clients in a 245G IOP setting focused on co-occurring disorders.

Provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, and develop client-centered treatment plans addressing substance use and mental health issues.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, trauma-responsive care.

Maintain accurate documentation and educate clients and families about recovery resources.

Work with all-male caseloads in therapeutic settings, utilizing evidence-based and gender-specific approaches.

Qualifications include current Minnesota licensure, experience with co-occurring disorders, and strong communication skills.
