We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services in long-term care, supporting over 600 facilities across multiple states, with ongoing expansion.

Immediate openings for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with interest or experience in geriatric psychiatry in Bloomington, IL. Positions are part-time or full-time, offering day shifts, no weekends or on-call, flexible hours, and autonomy.

Qualifications include an accredited NP or PA degree, valid full license and DEA# in the state, strong communication skills, and knowledge of mental health care delivery. Preferred candidates have over 1 year of experience with geriatric populations and Medicare standards.

Responsibilities involve providing psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing, and prescribing or adjusting medications for geriatric patients in various long-term care facilities. The role excludes psychological therapy and involves seeing 12-15 patients daily, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring documentation compliance.
