Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide support to individuals and families in need.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Offer counseling for mental health, trauma, and life transitions.

  • Collaborate with community resources, including Medicare and Section 8 programs.

  • Assist clients with employment goals through workforce development initiatives.

  • Utilize motivational interviewing and client-centered counseling techniques.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, valid LCSW licensure, crisis intervention knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Ability to travel to Lubbock monthly is required. This contract role offers flexible hours (10-20/week), pay of $38-$40/hour, and benefits like flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement. The position is in person in San Angelo, TX, with work scheduled Monday to Friday, no weekends.
