We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for a full-time (30+ hours) Nurse Practitioner – Psychiatric position.

This role involves diagnosing and treating youth with psychiatric conditions, combining virtual and in-person work based in Bath, NY, with coverage across Steuben & Chemung Counties. Candidates anywhere in Upstate NY with reliable commuting are considered. It’s a full-time, primarily Monday-Friday day shift role with on-call duties.

Responsibilities include evaluating patient histories, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, prescribing and monitoring medications, providing patient and family education, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to regulatory standards. The role requires active NYS RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses, a Master’s in Nursing, minimum 2 years RN experience, and a clean driver’s license.

Physical demands involve lifting, standing, driving, and occasional exposure to environmental hazards. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $135,000 annually based on experience.
