Job Description
We are hiring a full-time or part-time Night Registered Nurse for a caring healthcare facility.
Manage and supervise resident care, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services in compliance with BON standards, residents’ rights, and QAPI programs. Conduct comprehensive health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts. Supervise nursing staff, delegate tasks, and ensure proper implementation of care and safety protocols. Administer medications, perform clinical procedures, and document all care activities accurately while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Promote a safe, respectful environment, respond promptly to resident needs, and interact with families and support networks. Ensure safety protocols, proper documentation, and regulatory compliance are followed at all times. Qualifications include a valid RN license, CPR certification, and preferably experience in skilled nursing or assisted living. Strong leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence skills are essential.
