We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication needs primarily in educational settings, with additional support in residential environments. The role involves conducting assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy tailored to clients with behavioral and mental health challenges. Collaboration with families, educators, and mental health professionals is essential, along with documentation and participation in team activities. Qualifications include a master’s degree, current state licensure, and strong assessment skills; ASHA certification is preferred. Experience with AAC systems and supporting clients with behavioral needs is a plus. The position offers a salary of $75,000-$85,000, flexible schedule, and competitive benefits.
