Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMSW, or LPC) to join our clinical team in Conway, AR.

Provide individual and group therapy for clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and educate clients and families on recovery strategies.

Deliver crisis intervention, collaborate with team members, and ensure accurate documentation.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications: Active license in Arkansas, experience with substance use disorders, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
