Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our care team in providing counseling, therapy, and support services to diverse patients.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, collaborating with medical providers, and engaging in population-based education, prevention, and early intervention. The role involves psychosocial assessments related to mental health, chronic disease management, and health psychology issues such as depression, anxiety, diabetes management, and smoking cessation.
Qualifications:
Offering full-time employment with a salary range of $58,900–$90,500 annually, benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and employee assistance programs. The position is in-person.
