Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate CNA/PRN Restorative to provide high-quality nursing care across various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and post-acute environments.
Deliver personalized restorative interventions to enhance or maintain patient function. Assist with ADLs, mobility, and catheter care. Monitor and document vital signs and responses using EMR/EHR systems. Administer medications and treatments following safety and privacy guidelines. Operate equipment like Hoyer lifts safely. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on individualized care plans. Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance. Provide emotional support and education to patients and families. Follow infection control protocols in various healthcare settings.
Qualifications include valid CNA certification, experience in diverse healthcare environments, proficiency with EMR/EHR, and knowledge of clinical procedures. Ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and certifications like BLS or ACLS are preferred.
