We are seeking a dedicated Resident Care Manager to oversee daily facility operations, ensuring a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for residents.
Manage overall operations, adhering to healthcare standards and regulations. Coordinate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care and outpatient services. Ensure HIPAA compliance to protect resident confidentiality. Train and develop staff, fostering continuous improvement. Collaborate with medical professionals in a Level I Trauma Center setting. Maintain accurate documentation on patient care and operations. Address resident concerns promptly to maintain a supportive environment. Requirements include previous healthcare experience, strong medical knowledge, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
