Job Description
We are seeking a PRN Licensed Speech Language Pathologist, ideal for a partially retired SLP looking for flexible hours.
Responsibilities include assessing and evaluating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, and developing personalized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
Evaluate treatment outcomes and document progress effectively.
Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided.
Collaborate with patients, family members, and healthcare team members to address patient needs.
Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members regarding progress and barriers.
Maintain proper charting and documentation in a timely manner.
Use good body mechanics at all times.
Must be a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to qualify for this role.
