Job Description

Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, this role provides therapeutic services to youth and families needing mental and behavioral health support.

  • Conduct intake assessments, safety planning, case management, and discharge planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans with measurable goals.
  • Deliver clinical services, including individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, schools, and community resources for comprehensive care.
  • Collaborate with care coordinators, providing progress reports and treatment recommendations.
  • Participate in IEP and treatment planning conferences as needed.

    • Qualifications include a MSW or related graduate degree and at least two years of direct practice experience in counseling.
