Therapist (OP) $2,000 Sign on Bonus

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Therapist for an outpatient psychiatric facility in Lake Charles, LA, offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Seeking licensed professionals (PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW) with a Master’s Degree to join our clinical team.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing individual and group psychotherapy (at least 4 groups/day), contributing to treatment planning, and discharge planning. Caseload ranges from 10-20 patients.

Work hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
