Licensed School Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking full-time School-Based Therapists to provide mental health services in Clinton Elementary Schools, covering Eagle Heights and Whittier.

Responsibilities involve delivering therapy to children and adolescents, collaborating with school staff, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and coordinating services. Attendance at monthly staff and clinical meetings is required.

Requirements include Iowa licensure (tLMHC, tLMFT, LMSW), strong organizational skills, professionalism, rapport-building ability, and basic computer skills.

Salary ranges from $30-$45/hour, with eligibility for productivity bonuses. The position is in person, with a focus on supporting students in a community-oriented environment.
