Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality resident care at our care center in Dayton, IA.

Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans based on residents’ needs and preferences.

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff, ensuring compliance with standards and promoting resident well-being.

Administer medications, IV therapies, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.

Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with residents’ families.

Ensure a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment.

Qualifications: Current RN license, CPR certification, and relevant experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence skills are essential.
