RN Nurse Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate RN Nurse Manager for our Long Term Care community, overseeing nursing staff and ensuring high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include supervising nurses and CNAs, conducting staff evaluations, managing disciplinary actions, developing care plans, collaborating with medical teams, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

RN licensure and ACLS certification (with a 3-month window to complete)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Team player with flexibility and a positive attitude

1-3 years LTC experience preferred, willing to train

Participation in on-call rotation and occasional weekends
