*Position Overview:*
We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups dealing with mental health and substance use issues. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
*Responsibilities:*
Conduct assessments and create treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate documentation. Participate in team meetings and provide crisis support. Offer psycho-education to clients and families. Ensure services align with best practices and ethical standards.*Qualifications:*
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Licensed in Idaho (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or completing supervised clinical hours. At least 2 years of clinical experience. Strong communication skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatments. Team-oriented, compassionate, and ethical.*Benefits:*
