Job Description

Seeking a full-time General Surgeon at a well-established practice in Norton, Virginia.

  • Evaluate and treat new and chronic surgical cases, assist in surgeries, and manage pre- and post-operative care.
  • Perform ED and hospital consults, handle inpatient services, ER admissions, and manage medical records and discharge summaries.
  • Provide ED/hospital call coverage, including day and night shifts (12 hours) with evening and weekend call responsibilities.
  • Competitive salary ($110,000-$130,000), CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off).
  • Work involves in-person patient care with a growing practice planning to expand services, including new surgical technology.
