Seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role in Syracuse, NY.

As part of a physician-owned practice, you’ll provide compassionate primary care in a sub-acute, skilled nursing setting, supporting new admissions, ongoing patient management, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

**Qualifications:**

  • Master’s in Nursing and NP certification
  • Unrestricted NY licensure and DEA
  • EMR proficiency
  • Compassionate, collaborative team player

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care, conduct exams, diagnose, and treat illnesses
  • Order and interpret diagnostics
  • Develop care plans and participate in quality initiatives
  • Educate patients and families on health and prevention
