Job Description

This full-time clinical position involves providing assessments, individual, group, and family therapy in compliance with DMH standards, while maintaining client confidentiality

Meet service delivery requirements and respond promptly to client needs

Maintain accurate, complete case records and assist with prior authorization processes

Participate in clinical staffing, interagency collaboration, and provide clinical supervision when assigned

Ensure compliance through training and documentation, including CPR, CPI, and annual DMH standards

Work collaboratively with coworkers to promote a positive work environment

Qualifications: Current clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC), Master’s degree in behavioral sciences, CPR and CPI certification, and knowledge of DSM

Preferred: Experience with mental health treatment, SMI/SED populations, EPIC EHR, and active CPR/BLS certification
