A reputable community healthcare clinic is seeking a Bilingual LMFT to provide mental health services to the local community.
This on-site role requires flexibility to work at either Healdsburg or Windsor locations. The primary responsibilities include diagnosing and treating mental and emotional disorders within marriage and family systems, using psychotherapeutic and family therapy techniques. Key duties involve conducting intake assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, utilizing solution-focused therapy, and documenting patient records accurately. The role involves participating in team meetings and engaging with community organizations. Requirements: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or behavioral science Bilingual in Spanish CA MFT license and certification in treatment modalities At least 1 year of clinical experience (3+ preferred) Passion for serving diverse populations This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community within a respected organization.
