We seek a compassionate Physician to provide comprehensive assessments, diagnose, treat, and perform procedures while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include patient evaluations, prescribing treatments, patient education, maintaining records, and staying current with medical practices.

Ideal candidates possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication, proficiency in EHR, and a passion for patient-centered care.

Qualifications include an MD or DO license in Oregon, board certification or eligibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
