Job Description

The Nurse Manager, RN Labor & Delivery, oversees daily operations of the birthing department, ensuring a safe environment, quality patient care, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include developing unit goals, managing staffing and budgets, leading quality improvement initiatives, and fostering employee engagement through shared governance.

Qualifications require a BSN or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in labor and delivery or related areas, and current RN licensure. Certifications in fetal monitoring, BLS, and other obstetric-specific skills are preferred.
