We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive patient care across all ages in various settings, including outpatient clinics, urgent care, and home care.
Conduct physical exams, assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Administer medications and perform diagnostic procedures such as suturing and pelvic exams.
Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care across different environments.
Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA using EMR systems like Next Gen and Epic.
Qualifications include current FNP certification, active state license, and experience in primary or urgent care. Proficiency in procedures, medical coding, and strong communication skills are preferred.
This full-time role offers an annual salary of $110,530.06 – $133,111.47 and involves in-person work, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care.
