Job Description
The Therapist I provides direct clinical services as part of a multidisciplinary team, focusing on psychosocial assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, psycho-educational training, discharge planning, and program development.
Requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and at least one year of therapy experience with all age groups. Must hold or be eligible for state or national licensure, with CPR and de-escalation training required. Key duties include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, participating in treatment planning meetings, maintaining documentation, and providing crisis intervention and resource linkage. This onsite, full-time role offers a salary starting at $65,000/year and a comprehensive benefits package.
