Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Counselor to provide compassionate mental health support through individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques like CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and art therapy. The role involves crisis intervention, comprehensive assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support clients with various needs, including developmental disabilities, PTSD, and addiction. Responsibilities also include maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and facilitating family counseling. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields, along with valid state licensure. Preferred experience includes working with children, adolescents, or special populations, and familiarity with telehealth.
