Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN for our Neuro ICU in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert nursing care to neuro ICU patients with neurological and neurosurgical conditions.
• Monitor neurological status, vital signs, and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
