We are seeking a dedicated RN for the Cardiac Rehab department in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients’ cardiovascular health and progress
• Develop and implement personalized cardiac rehabilitation plans
• Educate patients and families on lifestyle modifications and medication adherence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Document patient data accurately and maintain compliance with protocols
