We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead and develop multidisciplinary skin and wound care teams in Eugene, with some travel to Roseburg.
**Key responsibilities include:**
Providing high-quality wound assessment, treatment, and bedside care Developing individualized care plans and tracking healing progress Collaborating virtually with medical specialists Performing minor surgical procedures and interpreting diagnostic studies Leading team education and encouraging best practices**Qualifications:**
Board certification and licensure in the working state Reliable transportation and active DEA license 1-2 years wound care experience preferred Strong communication, dependability, and professionalism**Benefits include:**
