Job Description

Join a compassionate team as a Speech Therapist with a $5000 sign-on bonus.

  • Evaluate and treat patients with communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on physician orders.
  • Administer and interpret specialized speech and hearing tests.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress.
  • Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff for holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.

    • Qualifications:
    – Bachelor’s in Speech Language Pathology
    – Current SLP license and CPR certification
    – Preferably six months of experience in long-term care
    – Knowledge of geriatric needs, clinical skills, professionalism, and confidentiality.
