Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMSW or LPC)

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMSW, or LPC) for a full-time, in-person role in Conway, AR, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

About the position: Provide individual and group therapy for clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and educate clients and families. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document clinical notes accurately, and participate in team meetings and staff development.

Qualifications: Active Arkansas license, experience with addiction and mental health treatment, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently and in teams.
