Job Description

The RN Supervisor plays a key role in enhancing psychiatric care by ensuring quality nursing services and supervising staff during designated shifts, including weekends and one weekday from 7am-7pm.

  • Responsibilities include developing staff schedules, overseeing nursing care, conducting chart audits, and ensuring policy compliance.
  • Provides supervision and disciplinary actions when necessary, collaborates on therapeutic program development, and mentors new employees.
  • Requires Michigan RN licensure, 1-3 years psychiatric experience, supervisory experience preferred, and a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
