Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate CNA/PRN Restorative to provide high-quality nursing care across various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and post-acute environments.
Deliver personalized restorative interventions to maintain or improve patient function.
Assist with ADLs, mobility, and catheter care.
Monitor and document vital signs and patient responses using EMR/EHR systems.
Administer medications and treatments following safety and confidentiality guidelines.
Operate equipment safely for patient transfers and support complex care needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
Maintain infection control protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
Support patients in diverse environments, including inpatient, outpatient, and community-based care.
Qualifications include valid CNA licensure, experience in various healthcare settings, proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, and knowledge of clinical procedures. Certifications in BLS or ACLS are preferred.
