Job Description

Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living settings.

Responsibilities include face-to-face primary care, participating in educational sessions, and collaborating with healthcare team members.

Offers a competitive salary up to $300,000, incentive pay, liability coverage, PTO, CME, and benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance.

Qualifications include current medical licensure, D.E.A. certification, and board eligibility or certification.
