Job Description

We are seeking Nurse Practitioners to join a growing practice providing care in long-term care facilities, ALFs, and hospitals.

  • Full-time and part-time positions available with competitive pay ($52-$78/hr) and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
  • Responsibilities include assessing patient health through interviews and exams, identifying care issues, recommending treatment options, and documenting services accurately.
  • Requirements include a current, unrestricted NP license and ability to obtain DEA licensure in PA.
  • Must have a passion for senior care and a love for working with the elderly. This is an on-site role; remote work is not available.
