We are hiring a full-time Outpatient Therapist in Bad Axe, MI, to provide clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults with emotional disturbances, disabilities, or co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing individual and family therapy with evidence-based methods
• Facilitating therapeutic or psycho-educational groups
• Managing documentation, authorizations, and liaising with community partners
• Implementing person-centered and trauma-informed care approaches
• Participating in on-call emergency coverage and team meetings

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Michigan license (LMSW, CAADC preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient mental health experience preferred
• Strong assessment, therapy, and collaboration skills
