We are seeking a Memory Support Program Director to lead our Dementia Friendly Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation Center.

This leadership role involves overseeing staff, developing programs, and managing daily operations for residents and team members. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Memory Support Director, strong leadership skills, specialized dementia care training, and certification.

The position includes planning and evaluating engaging activities to meet patients’ recreational, physical, spiritual, and social needs, ensuring compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities encompass staff supervision, patient progress documentation, and fostering positive interdisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in recreational therapy or related field, active licensure, and at least 2 years of experience in patient assessment and memory care.
