Job Description

Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate wound care and healing. This full-time, salaried role involves providing high-quality, in-home wound treatment with up to 1-hour appointments, offering a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, administering advanced treatments, managing medications, and coordinating communication with healthcare teams. The position requires 75% local travel, with all supplies and training provided, and offers a flexible schedule with no evenings, weekends, or on-call duties.

Qualifications include a valid license in the state, at least one year of experience as an NP or PA, wound care experience a plus, and certification through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO, flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and more.
