Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an interventional pain management clinic with multiple locations, including physical therapy, satellite, and surgery centers.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop care plans for patients
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests
• Document patient care accurately
• Provide care adhering to accepted standards
• Collaborate with team members and refer to specialists as needed

Requirements:

• Current applicable state license and national certification
• DEA license or ability to obtain one
• Basic Life Support certification

This full-time role offers a salary between $125,000 and $150,000 per year and requires relocation to Sutherlin, OR before starting. The position is in person with a focus on outpatient care.
