We are hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (6a-6p) for a skilled nursing facility in Granger, IA, working every third weekend.
Provide comprehensive assessments and develop personalized Care Plans to ensure high-quality resident care.Supervise and coordinate nursing staff, ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.Administer medications, perform procedures, and educate residents and families.Maintain accurate documentation, follow safety protocols, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and BON standards.Manage staffing, delegate tasks, and evaluate staff performance.Qualifications include an active RN license, CPR certification, and preferably experience in skilled nursing.
