Seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC or LCSW) to oversee clinical operations, supervise staff, and ensure trauma-informed, compliant services in a fast-paced environment.
Provide oversight of clinical service delivery, including assessments, treatment planning, and discharge coordination.
Supervise multidisciplinary team, offering training and clinical oversight to maintain quality standards.
Review clinical documentation, manage intake/referrals, and coordinate with payers and stakeholders.
Ensure practices meet regulatory, payer, and internal standards, promoting client safety and quality care.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, licensure approval within three months, and relevant certifications.
