Job Description
The OB/GYN, Gynecologist role is a full-time, exempt position based at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX, reporting to the CEO.
Licensed and board-certified medical doctor specializing in women’s health, pregnancy, and reproductive care. Responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing health issues related to female anatomy, including prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and related medical conditions. Supervises clinical staff, participates in quality improvement, compliance, and community outreach efforts. Performs patient examinations, diagnostic testing, counseling, and referrals, and coordinates with other healthcare providers. Ensures adherence to healthcare standards and participates in hospital privileges and continuing education. Provides after-hours on-call support and may travel for conferences.
Qualifications include: Medical license in Texas, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in clinical leadership.
