Job Description

This is a full-time Social Service Therapist position requiring 40 hours weekly, with some evening and weekend shifts

  • Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, psychosocial assessments, reporting abuse, providing individual, family, and group therapy, documenting activities, offering education and consultation, managing patient interactions with de-escalation techniques, and ensuring safety and compliance.

  • Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Behavioral Sciences, preferred licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT), at least two years of post-Master’s experience in mental health or substance abuse settings, and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
