Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team in Bishop, CA.

  • Evaluate and manage acute, chronic, surgical, and dermatologic wounds during weekly bedside rounds in skilled nursing facilities.
  • Perform dressings, medically necessary debridements, and assist with G-Tube procedures (training provided).
  • Establish care plans and follow facility protocols, with opportunities for home health visits as needed.
  • Work independently in a dynamic environment, requiring strong communication skills and experience in skilled nursing facilities and wound care.
  • Ideal candidates are outgoing, energetic, and familiar with SNF settings. Wound Care certification and at least 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
  • This full-time position offers a daily pay rate of $1,000-$1,300, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and paid time off. Travel is expected, with 100% travel preferred.
